At Beautifully Loved, each beadable pen is handmade and unique. Because of this, we have a limited return policy to ensure quality and fairness.
1. All Sales Policy
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ve got you covered 💕
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or store credit
3. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selections at checkout
- Minor variations (each pen is handmade and may slightly differ)
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Beautifully Loved is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly.
